Vinificazione del Vino 2 (Due) Quintas Tinto Magnum: le uve, vendemmiate a mano in casse da 150 chili di capacità, vengono schiacciate e diraspate per poi fermentare in laghi di granito e in vasche di inox, dove prolunghiamo la macerazione il tempo necessario per ottenere un vino con il corpo e la struttura desiderati. Dopo la fermentazione malolattica, il 20% del vino affina in botti di rovere francese, il 30% in tonneaux e il restante rimane in vasche di inox per 12 mesi.
