Vinificazione del vino Tinto Marquês de Borba Reserva 2019: le uve vengono parzialmente diraspate, accuratamente selezionate manualmente sul tavolo di cernita e fermentate in lagares di marmo utilizzando la tradizionale battitura dei piedi. Segue la fermentazione malolattica, che si svolge in botti di 2° anno e matura per 18 mesi in botti di rovere francese seminuove.
