Vinificazione del vino Cadão Vinhas Velhas PM 2017: raccolta manuale, con criteri di maturazione ottimali in cui i grappoli vengono accuratamente selezionati. Macerazione sulle bucce e fermentazione alcolica con controllo della temperatura in tini di acciaio inox. Macerazione post-fermentativa seguita dalla fermentazione malolattica. Vinificato con tutte le cure necessarie per preservare la tipicità dei vitigni e affinato per 12 mesi in botti di rovere francese e 6 mesi in bottiglia.
Rubino intenso
Strutturato e denso ma molto elegante, che rende l'insieme molto piacevole, con tannini maturi e un finale vellutato, esuberante e di ottima persistenza.
Eccellente complessità aromatica in cui frutti selvatici del Douro e cisto si mescolano in armonia con note di pane tostato e cioccolato
