Profumo di ananas essiccato, con un aroma di Aszu, che acquista intensità con l'aerazione, anche se sembra un po'... poco ortodosso! Al palato è di medio corpo con frutta discreta, fresca e croccante con note di arancia amara, miele e mandarino, abbastanza salato nel retrogusto. Di classe, molto elegante.
