Il Vino Branco São João 98 Anni di Storia è stato creato con un intervento minimo, al fine di rispettare il potenziale qualitativo delle uve eccezionali che lo hanno originato, così come rispettare la classicità dei vini bianchi di Dão e di quelli delle Caves São João, in particolare. L'affinamento è avvenuto quindi sulle fecce fini, avvenuto in contenitori di legno, già lungamente affinati, per un periodo di 6 mesi, ed è stato imbottigliato senza stabilizzazione, dopo una filtrazione molto grossolana.
Giallo Paglierino
Ha grande freschezza e volume di sapidità, ma è anche elegante e abbastanza persistente, caratteristiche che gli conferiscono ottime potenzialità gastronomiche e di invecchiamento.
Molto complesso, con evidenti note minerali (pietra focaia e pietra focaia), fosforo, spezie, vegetale secco e lievissime note di frutta e fiori secchi. Le note legnose sono perfettamente integrate, risultando praticamente impercettibili.
