Vinificazione del Porto Messias Colheita 2013: Vino fermentato con diraspatura parziale a una temperatura controllata (24-28ºC) quando il mosto raggiunge il valore di dolcezza desiderato, la fermentazione viene interrotta dall'aggiunta di acquavite (77%), invecchiando successivamente in legno di quercia per un periodo minimo di 7 anni, nei magazzini di Vila Nova de Gaia fino a essere imbottigliato.
