Il tanto atteso Liquore con Ovos Moles è finalmente arrivato. La storia degli Ovos Moles risale a un convento del XVI secolo, in particolare al Convento di Jesus ad Aveiro, dove si crede che questo dolce distinto sia stato creato. Mentre gli albumi venivano utilizzati per lavori domestici, come stirare, i tuorli rimanevano un mistero fino al giorno in cui qualcuno decise di combinarli con lo zucchero! Abili pasticcere, le suore del convento crearono rapidamente un delizioso dolce a base di uova, che in seguito divenne noto come Ovos Moles di Aveiro. Anche dopo la chiusura del convento, la ricetta è sopravvissuta, tramandata dalle mani della domestica dell'ultima religiosa che vi abitava.
