Vinificazione del Vino Ervideira Invisibile Bianco: Da una selezione dei migliori lotti di Aragonez, e dal risultato di una vendemmia notturna (moon harvest), è nato questo vino – Invisibile. Il mosto viene trasportato con camion frigorifero fino alla Cantina. Lì, viene condotto per gravità nella camera frigorifera, dove rimane a decantare per 24 ore a basse temperature. Dopo questo processo, il mosto viene inoculato con lieviti selezionati e la fermentazione avviene a una temperatura controllata di 12º C, per 15 giorni.
