Quinta do Cardo Vinha do Lomedo Branco:Elaborado a partir de uvas orgânicas de “field blend”, colhidas à mão na mais emblemática parcela da Quinta do Cardo. É um vinho de enorme complexidade e mineralidade, com apontamentos citrinos elegantes, acidez finíssima e notável frescura e presença.Vinificação: após prensagem das uvas, o mosto foi fermentado em cuba de aço inox, a temperatura controlada. A maior parte do vinho passou depois para tonel antigo de 3000 litros, onde estagiou ao longo de um ano sobre as borras finas, tendo o restante permanecido em inox até ao lote final.
