Un classico assoluto, una miscela che esprime la freschezza e la leggerezza di un Alentejo rinato. Dai nostri vigneti di vidigueira, su terreni argillosi-calcarei, crescono le uve che utilizziamo in questo blend composto da syrah, touriga franca, trincadeira e alicante Bouchet.La nostra vendemmia è manuale ed avviene di notte, nelle ore più fresche del mattino. le uve passano attraverso il tavolo di selezione, garantendo che solo i grappoli migliori raggiungano la fermentazione, che avviene spontaneamente, seguendo una filosofia di intervento minimo. Il vino invecchia parzialmente in botti di rovere francese per 12 mesi e anche in acciaio inox per 12 mesi, stabilizzandosi prima dell'imbottigliamento.
