Aroma intenso e molto fresco, che mostra bene le notti fresche d'estate in altitudine nel Douro Superiore, caratterizzato da violette, frutti neri e rossi ben tipici delle uve che lo hanno originato, in equilibrio con note molto sottili di barrique francese
