Después del primer prensado suave, las uvas todavía tienen entre un 10 y un 15% de zumo. Dejamos macerar estas uvas durante 7 días y luego volvemos a prensar y extraemos más jugo, más concentrado. Este jugo fue fermentado espontáneamente. El resultado es desconcertante, revoltoso, disruptivo, inquietante… de una manera muy deliciosa. No es una película, es un vino. Es nuestra Naranja Mecánica, ya que la vida a veces aplica una presión angustiosa que simplemente intentamos soportar. Aquí transferimos la presión mecánica a la piel, lo que es una forma muy saludable de afrontarlo.

Entrada plena, súper texturizada a mitad de la cata, dulce, pero con mucho frescor.
Nariz muy exuberante, notas de naranja confitada, algo de membrillo, casi toques de cosecha tardía.
