Vinificación de Vino Tinto Duorum 2019: Luego de ser seleccionadas, las uvas se despalillan en la entrada de bodega, se estrujan y se llevan a prensas de acero inoxidable con pisado robotizado. Es en esta etapa cuando se realiza la maceración prefermentativa a bajas temperaturas. Posteriormente la fermentación se realiza en tinas de acero inoxidable a una temperatura máxima controlada de 28ºC. Maduración/ “Elevage” en barricas de roble francés durante 12 meses.
Rojo intenso y profundo
Tiene taninos firmes, maduros y suaves y una acidez equilibrada.
Aroma fresco y complejo, dominado por frutas maduras, como moras, ciruelas y cassis, algunos aromas florales, como violetas, y aromas terciarios propios de su “elevación” en barrica, como los especiados.
