Un clásico de siempre, un lote que expresa la frescura y la ligereza de un Alentejo renacido. De nuestras viñas de Vidigueira, en suelos arcillo-calcáreos, crecen las uvas que usamos en este lote compuesto por syrah, touriga franca, trincadeira y alicante Bouchet. Nuestra vendimia es manual y se realiza durante la noche, en las horas más frescas de la madrugada. Todas las uvas pasan por la mesa de selección, garantizando que solo los mejores racimos llegan a la fermentación, que ocurre espontáneamente, siguiendo una filosofía de intervención mínima. El vino envejeció parcialmente en barricas de roble francés durante 12 meses y en inox también durante 12 meses, estabilización antes del embotellado.
