Si, en tiempos, la magia de este paisaje servía para conquistar corazones, hoy, las uvas que allí nacen, sirven para conquistar el gusto más exigente de los apasionados por el vino. Es esta historia de amor la que sirve, diariamente, de inspiración a todos los que trabajan para producir este monocasta de Encruzado de la Casa de Santar.Vinificación del Vino Casa de Santar Viña de los Amores Encruzado Blanco 2016: Trituración con despalillado total, prensado neumático suave, clarificación estática natural, fermentación alcohólica a 16°C en barricas nuevas de roble francés.Estancia: 12 meses en barricas nuevas de roble francés, de los cuales 3 meses sobre lías finas – Batonnage. Seguido de 6 meses de maduración en botella.
