Lumina tiene su origen en el latín "iluminada". Significa tener un brillo intenso y vivir más cerca del sol. Una definición perfecta para este nuevo viaje. Este blend de Arinto con un toque de Roupeiro con levaduras indígenas y sin control de temperatura, es el resultado de una búsqueda por la expresión pura del Alentejo en un blanco con mucha personalidad y luz propia. Vinificación del Rumo Lumina Reserva Blanco: Vendimia manual nocturna, mesa de selección, prensa directa sin aplastamiento y sin sulfitos hasta el final de la fermentación. Decantación en frío durante aproximadamente 12 horas, sin aditivos. Fermentación realizada en barricas sin ningún control de temperatura a partir del "pie de cuba" de las levaduras indígenas. Estuvo 12 meses en barricas de roble francés.
