O J Rose London Dry Artisan Gin JR08 é um gim artesanal italiano produzido na Puglia, destilado a partir de cereais e bagas de zimbro utilizando um alambique Müller. Este gim destaca-se pelos aromas predominantes de zimbro e bergamota, com notas cítricas delicadas de cascas de tangerina, proporcionando frescura e equilíbrio. No paladar, é quente e pungente, com um teor alcoólico de 43% que realça as nove botânicas utilizadas, incluindo angélica, cardamomo, coentro, maca peruana, flores de figo-da-índia e casca de carvalho, esta última conferindo uma essência amadeirada com notas torradas que evocam avelã e noz.
