Druida Encruzado Reserva Blanco 2022 es un vino blanco elaborado minuciosamente, casi a mano, a partir de una cuidada selección de uvas procedentes de viñedos centenarios de la variedad Encruzado. Situados a 500 metros de altitud, con vistas panorámicas de la majestuosa Serra da Estrela, estos viñedos son verdaderos tesoros de frescura y potencial de envejecimiento. El proceso de fermentación se realiza exclusivamente con levaduras naturales en barricas de roble, el árbol venerado por los druidas. Al dejar que la naturaleza siga su curso durante 9 meses, el resultado es un vino único, que se distingue por su complejidad y marcada personalidad.
