Vinificación del Vino Tinto Beyra Grande Reserva 2021: Cosecha manual, recepción con despalillado total y estrujado inmediato. Fermentación entre 22 - 26 ºC durante unos 7 días con maceración suave en tinas de cemento, maceración mediante la técnica clásica del “delestage”, alrededor de 3 a 4 por fermentación, fermentación maloláctica en barricas usadas. Crianza de 14 meses en barricas de roble americano de grano extrafino de 300 litros.
Entrada dulce en boca, con gran volumen, se sienten las notas vibrantes de frutas y especias que sentimos en nariz, con taninos muy voluminosos y suaves, con un final largo y persistente.
Aroma explosivo, muy intenso, frutas silvestres y especias con intensas notas de regaliz en perfecto equilibrio con discretas notas de barrica, tostados y vainilla.
