Variedades: Criado por la Naturaleza, el CV Curriculum Vitae proviene de un único viñedo viejo de 100 años, plantado con 35 variedades diferentes. Con orientación solar al Norte, aquí se encuentran variedades como Rufete, Tinta Amarela, Donzelinho Tinto, Tinta Francisca, Sousão, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Nacional, entre otras. Vinificación: CV - Curriculum Vitae Douro Tinto proviene de un único viñedo en el valle del río Torto. Todas las uvas son recogidas a mano y seleccionadas antes de ser despalilladas y colocadas en lagares. Todas las uvas son pisadas a pie 2-3 días antes del inicio de la fermentación. El vino fermentará en lagares y ocasionalmente se realizará la pisada a pie para extraer taninos, color y sabor en el vino de forma equilibrada. Los vinos se trasiegan a barricas de roble francés 75% nuevas (225 litros) para la fermentación maloláctica y envejecimiento. Este vino envejeció 26 meses en barricas. El lote final se realizó en enero y el vino envejeció aún 2 meses en acero inoxidable hasta la fecha de embotellado.
