Vino elaborado con uvas de Seixal y Jardim da Serra en 2 lagares de 500 kg cada uno, vendimiadas en la segunda semana de septiembre. Se realizó un pisado muy suave, dejando muchos racimos aún intactos. Después de 13 días de fermentación, añadimos el alcohol vínico, que se mezcló con las masas existentes, mediante un pisado nuevo. En este proceso se trituraron algunos racimos más que aún estaban intactos. Después de la fortificación mantuvimos el vino en contacto con todas las masas durante los 3 meses siguientes. A finales de diciembre de 2014 limpiamos el vino y, al mismo tiempo, separamos las numerosas bayas enteras que encontramos. Las masas restantes se prensaron en la prensa vertical y se mezclaron con la mezcla limpia. Durante el proceso de crianza también metimos los frutos rojos enteros en barrica de 620lts, permaneciendo allí hasta diciembre de 2021. En marzo de 2023 se embotellaron 890 unidades, todas numeradas individualmente.
Color dorado.
Suave y graso en boca, dándole una bonita estructura. Sabores cítricos y una acidez eléctrica casi especiada. Final seco, fresco y persistente.
Puro y con buena intensidad en nariz. Frutos secos, coco, hoja de tabaco verdosa y pimienta blanca.
