Pacheca Porto Colheita 2000 resulta de la vinificación tradicional de uvas procedentes de diferentes viñedos antiguos del Duero, autóctonos de distintas variedades autóctonas de una misma región. Tras ser triturados en bodega, son pisados dos veces al día hasta introducir el agua de vino ardiente envejecido en barricas de roble portugués.
Color teja claro con toques verdosos.
Se presenta con cierto frescor transmitido por la acidez presente, destacando los frutos secos tostados, la miel y el caramelo. Final largo y persistente.
Rico aroma a nueces, higos secos y caramelo.
