O Pago de los Capellanes El Nogal Tinto 2020 é um vinho de excelência da D.O. Ribera del Duero, elaborado exclusivamente a partir da casta Tempranillo. As uvas provêm da parcela El Nogal, um vinhedo de 6 hectares situado em Mambrilla de Castrejón, a 850 metros de altitude, com solos franco-arenosos e pedregosos de baixa fertilidade. Após uma vinificação meticulosa, o vinho estagia durante 22 meses em barricas novas de carvalho francês de grão extrafino e tostado médio. Apresenta uma cor vermelho rubi intensa e aromas expressivos de frutas negras maduras, como amoras e ameixas, entrelaçados com notas subtis de especiarias. No paladar, revela-se encorpado e ligeiramente maduro, com uma textura envolvente e um final longo e persistente.
