El esperado Licor con Ovos Moles finalmente llegó. La historia de los Ovos Moles se remonta a un convento en el siglo XVI, particularmente en el Convento de Jesús en Aveiro, donde se cree que este dulce distintivo fue creado. Mientras que las claras de huevo se utilizaban en tareas domésticas, como planchar, las yemas permanecían un misterio hasta el día en que alguien decidió combinarlas con azúcar. Las talentosas reposteras, las monjas del convento, rápidamente crearon un delicioso dulce a base de huevos, que más tarde se conoció como Ovos Moles de Aveiro. Incluso después del cierre del convento, la receta perduró, transmitida por la empleada de la última religiosa que allí residía.
