Quinta dos Carvalhais Colheita Rosé 2022 es un vino rosado Dão de una calidad excepcional, máximo exponente de elegancia y riqueza. Heredera de conocimientos ancestrales, Quinta dos Carvalhais combina experiencia con innovación para crear vinos muy elegantes, con sabores intensamente delicados y la personalidad única de la región. Las uvas Touriga Nacional y Alfrocheiro que forman parte de este coupage fueron cosechadas y vinificadas por separado. La vendimia se realizó antes de lo normal para un vino tinto, por lo que las uvas mantuvieron una buena acidez y frescura. Fueron prensados muy suavemente, sin despalillar ni estrujar, en prensa neumática, con el mosto fermentado en pico abierto en tanques de acero inoxidable a una temperatura de alrededor de 14ºC-16ºC Quinta dos Carvalhais Colheita Rosé fue embotellado inmediatamente después de una corta crianza. Período de crianza de unos 4 meses en depósitos de acero inoxidable.
En boca destaca la acidez crujiente típica de la región del Dão, que le aporta frescura. Vino elegante, complejo y envolvente, con notas frutales que reaparecen en boca y perduran en un final largo y armonioso.
Suaves notas de frutas del bosque como frambuesas y moras y matices florales de gran elegancia.
