Noval Black Reserve es una nueva forma de beber Vino de Oporto, un vino de una nueva era pensado para acompañar con chocolate negro o simplemente beber frío, utilizado también como ingrediente en cócteles. Una clara expresión del estilo Noval, nuevo y sin necesidad de decantación. Sin problemas, solo una excelente copa de Oporto. Algunas de las uvas se pisan en las tradicionales prensas de piedra de la Quinta. Otra parte se tritura mecánicamente en depósitos de acero inoxidable y se envejece durante 2 años en barricas y tinas de acero inoxidable para conservar su frescura.
