Nat Cool, naturalmente “cool and funky”, es un concepto innovador creado por Niepoort, un movimiento de unión entre diversos productores con el objetivo de crear vinos ligeros y fáciles de beber. Creamos un vino, recordando los vinos “turbios” de antaño, que se embotellaban muy temprano aún con algo de azúcar residual y en presencia de las lías finas, para refermentar en botella y originar gas carbónico.
