El bacalhoa Baga nace en un terroir ideal para la variedad Baga (suelos arcillo-calcáreos y exposición al poniente). Se realizó una vinificación tradicional con maceración pre fermentativa en frío y una cuvaison prolongada que permitió obtener un vino intenso en color, aroma y sabor, y muy elegante. Una crianza de 14 meses en barricas nuevas de 300 litros de roble francés y ruso fue la última etapa antes del embotellado.
