Bacalhoa Baga nace en un terroir ideal para la variedad Baga (suelos arcillo-calcáreos y exposición al Oeste). La vinificación tradicional se realizó con maceración prefermentativa en frío y una larga cuvaison, lo que permitió obtener un vino intenso en color, aroma y sabor y muy elegante. Crianza de 14 meses en barricas nuevas de roble francés y ruso de 300 litros. Las barricas fueron la última etapa antes del embotellado.
Rubio intensa
Vino potente pero elegante, equilibrado, con mucho cuerpo y retrogusto persistente.
Afrutado con matices de frutos rojos intensos y chocolate negro.
