Domaine Leflaive está situado en el pueblo de Puligny-Montrachet, una zona famosa por la producción de grandes vinos blancos añejos en la Côte de Beaune. La historia de este Domaine se remonta a 1920, cuando su fundador Joseph Leflaive llevó a cabo una importante reestructuración de los viñedos familiares en el municipio de Puligny. La actual directora, su nieta y heredera, es Anne-Claude Leflaive, que dirige el proyecto en nombre del resto de la familia. Sus vinos, y los de la región, se caracterizan por su concentración y opulencia, manteniendo siempre ese lado fino, mineral y fresco que caracteriza a los grandes blancos de Borgoña, y Leflaive es sin duda uno de los grandes nombres de Borgoña.
