Vino blanco elaborado con uvas Alvarinho producidas exclusivamente en Monção y Melgaço. Las cepas tienen más de 12 años y son de baja producción con altos niveles de acidez y buena madurez. Es un vino elaborado a la antigua usanza con curtido, con más color y más taninos. Su objetivo es aprovechar al máximo el potencial de la variedad de uva Alvarinho. Vinificación del Vinho Verde Alvarinho Anselmo Mendes Curtimenta 2021: Despalillado parcial. Maceración pelicular seguida de fermentación con los hollejos durante unas horas. La fermentación finaliza en barricas usadas de 400 litros. En las mismas barricas realiza un batonnage durante 9 meses sobre lías totales.
Con cuerpo y volumen, con una ligera presencia de taninos maduros. Final seco con amargos nobles propios de la variedad.
Fuerte intensidad de los aromas varietales de la variedad Alvarinho.
