Tras una prensado muy delicado de las uvas, vendimiadas a finales de agosto (Chardonnay) y a mediados de septiembre (Arinto), los mostos fermentaron durante 15 días en cubas de acero inoxidable a temperatura controlada. La elaboración, siguiendo el método clásico, comenzó en marzo de 2017 con el tiraje, habiendo transcurrido la refermentación en bodega durante 25 días a 14 ºC, seguido de un período de crianza en botella, sobre lías, de 20 meses, para el primer lote degollado.
