Paulo Laureano Vinus es una productora de vinos dirigida por Paulo Laureano, uno de los principales enólogos del país, con una larga trayectoria vinculada a los vinos. Paulo Laureano es una de las grandes figuras de los vinos alentejanos, apostando exclusivamente por variedades portuguesas. El nombre Dolium se traduce como "ánfora", antiguas tinajas alentejanas, aunque no sea un vino de tinaja, refleja mucho la admiración que tenemos por la cultura agrícola romana en la Península Ibérica.
