Domingos Soares Franco decidió que era hora de evolucionar en Moscatel de Setúbal. Luego, inició 5 años de pruebas en las que, con uvas del mismo viñedo, elaboró vino con 4 tipos diferentes de aguardientes: uno neutro, otro de la región de Cognac, otro de la región de Armagnac y un cuarto lote con un 50% de estos. Luego de 5 años de cata, prevaleció el Armagnac, por su sutileza, frescura, complejidad y armonía.
Ámbar con toques rojos
Afrutado (frutos secos), muy suave, suave, acidez presente pero equilibrada.
Cáscara de nuez, ralladura de naranja, flores (petunias), miel, un poco de caramelo
