Maker's Mark 46 começa como o bourbon Maker's Mark original, mas é depois envelhecido por mais tempo com a adição de aduelas de carvalho francês tostado dentro do barril. Este processo intensifica as notas de baunilha e caramelo e adiciona complexas camadas de especiarias doces.
