Trabuca Grand Cuvee Brut Sparkling Wine Vinification: Crushing without destemming, very gentle pneumatic pressing, natural static clarification, and alcoholic fermentation at 18ºC - Sparkling by the classic method. Aged for at least 48 months in the cellar and 6 months after disgorgement.
