Las uvas, cuidadosamente seleccionadas, fueron prensadas enteras para obtener un mosto de alta calidad. El mosto lágrima fue enfriado y luego decantado a bajas temperaturas durante 48 horas. La fermentación se realizó en un depósito de acero inoxidable a unos 16ºC durante 20 días y luego un período de crianza sobre lías finas. A través del método clásico, se produjo una segunda fermentación en botella que permitió desarrollar características únicas en el espumoso, aromas refrescantes y vibrantes que demuestran cómo se comporta el Alvarinho en su plenitud. Finalmente, en la última fase de la producción, tras finalizar la fermentación, se procedió al dégorgement.
