Vinificación del Vino 2 (Dos) Quintas Reserva Branco 2022: Las uvas se cosechan manualmente y se transportan a bodega en pequeñas cajas, separadas según variedad y parcela; El mosto se obtiene por prensado directo tras la maceración en cámara frigorífica. El mosto limpio fermenta en tinas de acero inoxidable (75%) y en barricas de roble francés y austriaco (25%) de diferentes capacidades, donde envejece, tras convertirse en vino, durante 9 meses sobre lías finas.
Amarillo pálido cristalino con reflejos dorados.
En boca tiene fuerza, entra con vivacidad combinada con una textura envolvente. Su armonía y elegancia se traducen en una complejidad aromática que perdura en el tiempo y nos hace disfrutar.
Aroma intenso, con su suavidad característica, revela inicialmente notas de flor de almendro con sutiles cítricos y melisa, pasando a frutas maduras, albaricoques y piña, para terminar delicado y mineral.
