Quinta dos Murças Margem 2021 procede de viñedos a orillas del río Duero, donde se ubican algunas de las parcelas más antiguas de la finca. Su baja altitud y exposición solar, principalmente hacia el sur, dan como resultado uvas que alcanzan mayor concentración y maduración. Vinificación del Vino Tinto Quinta das Murças Margem 2017: Vendimia manual, mesa de selección, despalillado, estrujado, fermentación alcohólica con levaduras autóctonas en Temperatura controlada (25ºC a 28ºC) en molinos de granito mediante pisado y prensado en antigua prensa vertical. Crianza en barricas usadas de roble francés de 500lt durante unos 9 meses.
Profundo, con toques violáceos.
Concentrado, presenta taninos muy maduros que, junto con la acidez bien implicada, le aportan sensación de volumen, cuerpo y frescor. Tiene un final muy largo y persistente, donde dominan los aromas de frutas más maduras, permitiendo una gran longevidad.
Muy intenso y exuberante, dominado por frutas negras maduras, como mora y cassis, aromas balsámicos, como jara, y suaves notas especiadas, procedentes de la crianza en madera usada.
