El Château d'Armailhac, un edificio clasificado de 1855 en Pauillac, fue creado por la familia d'Armailhacq en el siglo XVIII. Adquirida por el barón Philippe de Rothschild en 1933, pertenece actualmente a sus descendientes. El viñedo, plantado con variedades típicas de Burdeos, produce un vino complejo, elegante y sencillo que combina todos los aspectos de una denominación de origen prestigiosa. La etiqueta muestra una figura de Baco del siglo XVII hecha de vidrio hilado, exhibida en el Museo del Vino en el Arte de Château Mouton.
