Vinificación del Champagne Ruinart Rosé Brut: Cosecha realizada a mano. La fermentación se realiza en tanques de acero inoxidable con temperatura regulada. Para el vino tinto, maceración corta y extracción ligera. Fermentación maloláctica completa. Composición: Mezcla hecha con una base de Chardonnay y Pinot Noir, en su mayoría clasificada como Premiers Crus con un 20/25% proveniente de reservas de los 2 años anteriores. 45% Chardonnay, viñedos Côte des Blancs y Montagne de Reims, 55% de Pinot Noir proviene de Montagne de Reims y de viñedos Vallée de la Marne, de los cuales un 18 a 19% se elaboró como vino tinto.

Rosa granate con reflejos muy ligeros de naranja
En boca, el sabor inmediato es distinto y completo, envuelto por una efervescencia suave. Los aromas de bayas recién recogidas se exponen completamente. Este equilibrio reúne una frescura agradable y un cuerpo voluptuoso, que se expresa en un toque elegante de menta y pomelo rosa
La nariz es sutil y fresca, ofreciendo primero una paleta original de frutas tropicales (guayaba y lichi) y pequeñas bayas (frambuesas, cerezas y fresas silvestres). Estos son seguidos por notas de rosa y granada que completan este perfil de sabor complejo e intenso, dominado por aromas primarios, sin sofisticación
