Dorado con un tono rosado
Café, regaliz, roble tostado, posos de café, un cigarro que se quema lentamente. Su alcance es sorprendentemente, colocándose en la frontera con lo excesivo. Vigoroso, asertivo e intransigente. La turba es indescriptible y encuentra maneras de afirmarse casi como un susurro. El final en boca está completamente lleno de regaliz. La amargura refinada rápidamente da paso a aromas medicinales: alcanfor, eucalipto, terminando en notas suaves de malta de cebada.
Envolvente. Una primera nariz fresca y afrutada, de zumo de frutas recién hecho, una cornucopia de frutas blancas, notas de durazno y uvas jugosas. Progresivamente se abre en notas finas de pastelería y galletas. Es un género totalmente italiano, como un panettone con pasas. Las notas de malta se distinguen dando lugar a aromas cítricos (clementina), un toque de roble y notas rústicas (verbena, manzanilla).
