De la Quinta S. João Batista nace este Cabeça de Toiro Reserva Privada, un vino de carácter excepcional, elaborado a partir de la variedad Alicante Bouschet. Producido con uvas recogidas manualmente durante las primeras horas del día, fue vinificado con contacto continuo con las pieles. Envejeció 12 meses en barricas de roble francés, resultando en un vino con cuerpo, complejo, con matices de chocolate, tabaco y especias, presentando un final armonioso y prolongado.
