Obtenido a partir de las mejores vinificaciones de la cosecha, utilizando variedades menos tradicionales en la región. En 2019 resultó de la vinificación de la variedad Cabernet Sauvignon, vendimiada el 27 de agosto. En este día, las uvas fueron cuidadosamente cosechadas y llevadas a la bodega, donde se procedió a la maceración prefermentativa en frío, seguida de fermentación alcohólica a una temperatura de 28ºC y de maceración prolongada. Encuba total de 20 días. Estuvo en crianza 15 meses en barricas nuevas de roble francés y 24 meses en botella.
