Vendimia manual para cajas de 20 kg. La uva se despalilla completamente antes de ser pisada en la prensa. Fermentación maloláctica espontánea en barricas nuevas de roble francés y acero inoxidable. Crianza de 20 meses en barricas de roble francés nuevas y usadas. Vino no estabilizado por frío y ligeramente filtrado.
Color rojo oscuro y rico.
Las notas de barrica de alta calidad están totalmente integradas, sin dominar nunca la naturaleza frutal del vino.
Notas de frutas negras maduras, con sugerencias de huesos de ciruela negra, chocolate amargo y cacao negro, corteza de árbol y algo de cuero, a lo largo de la evolución.
