Quinta do Cardo Vinha do Lomedo Branco: Elaborado a partir de uvas orgánicas de “field blend”, cosechadas a mano en la parcela más emblemática de la Quinta do Cardo. Es un vino de enorme complejidad y mineralidad, con elegantes notas cítricas, acidez finísima y notable frescura y presencia. Vinificación: tras el prensado de las uvas, el mosto fue fermentado en cuba de acero inoxidable, a temperatura controlada. La mayor parte del vino pasó luego a un tonel antiguo de 3000 litros, donde maduró durante un año sobre las lías finas, mientras que el resto permaneció en inox hasta el lote final.
