Situada en São João da Pesqueira, una de las zonas más conocidas de producción de vinos del Douro, la Quinta de Cidrô se ha convertido en un modelo de experimentación vitivinícola para toda la región. En una tierra virgen se utilizó tecnología de punta para plantar las mejores variedades, a lo largo de un área que supera las 150 ha. Vinificación del Vino Quinta de Cidrô Touriga Nacional Tinto: Una cuidadosa selección de uvas de Touriga Nacional se fermenta en cubas medianas de acero inoxidable con control de temperatura. El 50% del vino envejece en barricas de roble francés durante un período de 12 meses.
