Vinificación del Burmester Jockey Club Reserve Tawny Port: vendimiada a mano en su punto óptimo, la uva se despalilla, estruja y vinifica según un proceso que se basa en una cuidadosa maceración con extracción de color, taninos y aromas de los hollejos. complementado con remontados permanentes durante la fermentación. Esto se realiza en tinas de acero inoxidable, a temperatura controlada entre 28-30ºC, hasta alcanzar el grado Baumé deseado. En esta etapa se añade el aguardiente de vino (beneficio), dando lugar a un vino generoso. Vino de muy buena calidad obtenido mediante la mezcla de vinos de distintos grados de maduración y procedencia, garantizando así un vino final maduro, vigoroso e intenso.
Granate con reflejos anaranjados
En boca es amplio, untuoso y complejo, pero al mismo tiempo revela una notable elegancia que continúa en un final persistente.
Nariz amplia y perfumada, con un intenso bouquet de frutos secos, especias, notas de caramelo y un toque torrefacto.
