Vinificación del Oporto Burmester Jockey Club Reserve Tawny: recogidas a mano en su punto óptimo, las uvas son despalilladas, trituradas y vinificadas según un proceso que se basa en una cuidadosa maceración con extracción de color, taninos y aromas de las pieles, complementado por remontados permanentes durante la fermentación. Esta se realiza en cubas de acero inoxidable, a una temperatura controlada entre 28-30ºC, hasta alcanzar el grado Baumé deseado. En esta fase, se procede a la adición del aguardiente vínico (beneficio), dando lugar a un vino fortificado. Vino de muy buena calidad obtenido por mezcla de vinos de grado de maduración y procedencia variables, garantizando así un vino final maduro, vigoroso e intenso.
