Vinificación del Vino Beyra Riesling Blanco: Vendimia manual con trituración del racimo entero para preservar todo el potencial primario de las uvas. Fermentación en tanques de acero inoxidable, a una temperatura entre 16 - 17ºC durante un período de aproximadamente 20 días con levaduras indígenas. Crianza con agitación de las lías – “batonnage” hasta el embotellado a finales de enero de 2019, seguida de crianza en botella durante 14 meses en la bodega.
