La Trufa Negra Roja es una creación vitivinícola que surge de la fusión de uvas procedentes de dos parcelas distintas ubicadas en la subregión de Cima Corgo, en el Duero. La primera parcela, situada en Valença do Douro, alberga un viñedo centenario, de más de 70 años, formado por una mezcla ecléctica de unas 30 variedades de uva autóctonas. Situada entre 300 y 350 metros sobre el nivel del mar, este viñedo, orientado al Norte, aporta una singularidad única al vino. La segunda parcela, a orillas de Foz do Rio Távora, de aproximadamente 30 años, muestra una combinación de variedades de uva, entre ellas Touriga Franca y Tinta Roriz.
En cuanto al perfil sensorial, Truffle Negra presenta una notable concentración aromática, revelando matices de frutas negras y especias. En boca destaca por su corpulencia, ofreciendo una experiencia gustativa compleja en la que destacan notas de frutos negros acompañadas de taninos intensos e integrados. Estos taninos le dan al vino un final largo y refrescante. Truffle Negra se revela no sólo como un vino de calidad, sino también como una opción excepcionalmente versátil para maridajes gastronómicos.
